During the Discovery Call we'll discuss: 1) Expectations you can have for your LGBTQ+ Healthcare Advocate 2) Your current healthcare needs and future plans 3) The ways in which you'd like to engage your faith/beliefs 4) Rates/Payments* 5) A shared understanding of the plan for how we'll work together to navigate and advocate your health journey *Rates and Payments - In addition to the standard rates below we are often able to provide complimentary services to Black Trans Women and BIPOC Trans folk. We customize price plans for churches and organizations based on volume and services selected. We are also open to creative financing proposals. For example, instead of fees for service we would accept United airline miles, various professional services of equal value, event / theme park tickets, Spanish language tutoring, use of parsonage, handyperson /tradeperson services, etc. Individual Navigation & Advocacy Requests: Gender Affirming Care Requests $ 40 each LGBQ+ Care Requests: $ 60 each BIPOC Gender Affirming Care Requests: $ 0 Individual Navigation & Advocacy Memberships (up to 3 requests/month): Gender Affirming Care Membership $ 75 / month LGBQ+ Care Membership $ 100 / month BIPOC Gender Affirming Care $ 50 / month Churches, Denominations, Seminaries & Non-Profit Healthcare Navigation & Advocacy: 10 LGBTQ+ Care Requests $ 350 / month 25 LGBTQ+ Care Requests $ 800 / month 50 LGBTQ+ Care Requests $ 1700 / month 100 LGBTQ+ Care Requests or more Call for quote
