$75 per month A GAC membership is an excellent way to get a high touch, personalized concierge experience while becoming your authentic self. Members choose up to four requests per month from the options below: Provider Search - We recommend trans friendly providers who have been vetted as LGBTQ+ affirming, are in network with your insurance, have availability and meet your criteria. Some examples of providers include: plastic surgeons, primary care physician, medical specialists (OB/GYN, Urology, Endocrinology), mental health therapists and psychiatrists, dentist, optometrist, chiropractor, massage therapist, voice therapist, laser hair removal tech, electrologist, and more. Claims Advocacy - Many insurance plans cover certain procedures as medically necessary for patients on the gender spectrum that are considered cosmetic for cis folk. Sometimes this means addition work to guarantee coverage. Sometimes this means claims are processed in error. Our claims advocacy provides guidance and collaboration with your insurance to ensure your benefits are applied with the maximum coverage possible. Benefits Navigation - Speak with an advocate about the details of your insurance plan’s Gender Affirming Care policy. We review the details of your policy and identify which surgeries are covered and their requirements for approval. We are experts in prior authorizations for laser and electrolysis hair removal.
