$40 per request* Gender Affirming Care Requests are great when you have a simple or quick request but still want a high quality, personalized concierge experience. GAC Requests allow you to choose one of the options below: Provider Search - We recommend trans friendly providers who have been vetted as LGBTQ+ affirming, are in network with your insurance, have availability and meet your criteria. Some examples of providers include: plastic surgeons, primary care physician, medical specialists (OB/GYN, Urology, Endocrinology), mental health therapists and psychiatrists, dentist, optometrist, chiropractor, massage therapist, voice therapist, laser hair removal tech, electrologist, and more. Claims Advocacy - Many insurance plans cover certain procedures as medically necessary for patients on the gender spectrum that are considered cosmetic for cis folk. Sometimes this means addition work to guarantee coverage. Sometimes this means claims are processed in error. Our claims advocacy provides guidance and collaboration with your insurance to ensure your benefits are applied with the maximum coverage possible. Benefits Navigation - Speak with an advocate about the details of your insurance plan’s coverage and Gender Affirming Care policy. Receive expert support navigating prior authorizations, gap exceptions, Single Case Agreements and appeals Resource Searches - Have an advocate provide resources that support your overall wellbeing. From finding out how to use your Leave of Absence options, to name change procedures where you live, we can find resources to support your healthcare objectives. *Rates and Payments - In addition to the standard rates below we are often able to provide complimentary services to Black Trans Women and BIPOC Trans folk. We customize price plans for churches and organizations based on volume and services selected. We are also open to creative financing proposals. For example, instead of fees for service we would accept United airline miles, various professional services of equal value, event / theme park tickets, Spanish language tutoring, use of parsonage, handyperson /tradeperson services, etc.
